Refund policy
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after your item arrives to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Contact us at imaprouserlik@gmail.com with your order number and the items you want to return. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we will make it right at no cost to you (replacement or full refund).
Non-returnable items
- Items marked as final sale, and gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- For hygiene reasons: cosmetics and makeup, and items worn on the face or head (such as masks and wigs) that have been opened or worn, unless they arrived defective
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need some additional time to process and post the refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless the item was defective, damaged or incorrect.
