Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

*Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has been processed. They may be longer during peak seasons and holidays.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Multiple packages
Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages from different warehouses, at no extra cost to you.
Taxes and customs fees
Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated at checkout. If your package is held by customs or you are asked to pay any fee at delivery, please contact us before paying so we can help.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your property and with neighbors, and wait 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.
